Your private guide will pick you up from your accommodation at 9 o’clock and after a ride of 45 minutes you will get to the Penedes. Where you will visit the first winery.

The second stop will be at only 5 minutes from the first winery. There, you will visit a century-old cellar. Pioneers in making organic wines in the Penedés region. First ones to make bio-organic wines in 1986, when nobody knew about this. And still ahead of everyone today. Investigating varieties that are resistant to climate change, and introducing old varieties that are almost extinct.

Here you will make a nice tour around their vineyards. And learn about the different grapes that we have in Penedes, and their unique taste. You will see their research area, where they test varieties that can make a change in the future of Penedes. And you will have a wine tasting, in different spots with vine views. A full experience that ends with an ecobrunch in their garden. A beautifull place where to eat organic food, coming from local producers and paired with the wine of the cellar.

Cava Guilera

Your private guide will pick you up from your accommodation at 9 o’clock (if you are in the area of Barcelona). And after a ride of 45 minutes you will get to the Penedes. Where you will visit the first winery. A small familly owned buisness that has been making cava for 4 generations. And today, they still riddling the cava manually. A winery that only makes vintage and long vintage cavas.

Once, you have visited their vines and their old cellar (with a collection of roman ruins), you will sit down in their garden, with vine views. A perfect spot to do the cava tasting and enjoy the experience in a quiet surroundings. All paired with an excellent selection of Catalan cheese.
