This was a delightful and engaging tour! Patrick was so knowledgeable and kept it interesting & fun.
Small groups, informative & fun!

I did the Gaudí and Modernism tour with Patrick and it was fantastic! He really knew his stuff. While the tour was highly informative, he managed to keep it fun and laid back at the same time. Previously, I have done a tour with one of the larger companies in Barcelona, and although that too was very good, I think that Be Local Tours definitely have the edge. The fact that the Be Local groups are generally smaller definitely helps. I cannot recommend them enough! Spend a couple of hours on one of their tours and you really will come away feeling that you know Barcelona that little bit better. Thanks Patrick! I definitely hope to do another one of your tours next time I return to Barcelona.
Great Tour

Our guide, Patrick, was really enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. He was happy to answer all questions and was clearly very passionate about what he was speaking about. I recommend this tour 100%
Incredible storytelling paired with great sights

My husband and I did an English-speaking Gaudi tour with Patrick the Gaudi Guide. Wow. Incredible storyteller. He really knew his stuff. And he was so passionate about the topic that, by the time it was over, WE were passionate about it too. He added some really helpful context and made the history of Barcelona architecture come to life. Neither of us knew anything about Gaudi when we arrived, but he really set the stage and made it easy to understand. By the time it was over, we had see a number of buildings, were fascinated by the different styles, and we could identify what makes these homes so unique. We’d definitely recommend Patrick specifically. The tour wouldn’t have been the same without him as the guide.
This Tour is a MUST

I took the Gaudi and Modernism tour with Patrick and I learned so much more! Patrick was amazing and very passionate. I strongly recommend this tour for anyone who visits Barcelona. The tour is not just about architecture but also about history, philosophy and politics! I have already visited Sagrada Familia by the time I took this tour and with Patrick I learned more things in 20 minutes than the tour guide from the basilica taught us in more than 1 hour. Great experience!
Outstanding tour!

Five stars are too few to capture Patrick’s enthusiasm for and depth of knowledge of the subject. He was also helpful in helping us navigate our first metro ride in the city and identifying places to continue our explorations. Patrick is a first rate guide and we recommend him highly to anyone with an interest in learning about architecture and history in the Modernist era. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
